•Certificates will be awarded electronically upon completion of the evaluation. Once successful completion has been verified, a “Certificate of Successful Completion” will be awarded for 7.0 NCPD contact hours, including 2.5 pharmacotherapeutic contact hours.

Brian Dinh, PharmD, BCOP is an Oncology Clinical Pharmacist Specialist at the Memorial Hermann TMC Cancer Center.
He
completed his Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of Houston College of Pharmacy where he found his pas­sion for Oncology Pharmacy.
After graduation, he completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency Program with Emphasis in Oncology at the Scott and White Medical Center in Temple, Texas.
He then went on to complete a PGY-2 Pharmacy Oncology Residency Program at the University of Oklahoma.
He returned home to Houston, TX to become an Oncology Clinical Pharmacist at Memorial Hermann Cancer Center in the Texas Medical Center, providing collaborative drug therapy management in the practice areas of malignant hematology and gastrointestinal cancer.
He is passionate about bridging the gap between patients and the cancer care they need to reach their health goals and preventable complications.
